Together we have over 10 years of solid experience working at prestigious and Michelin starred restaurants in Europe, but most importantly we are inspired by our "Love for Sushi“. Enshrining this motto in our profession, we continue to surprise ourselves with the quality and never-ending discovery of new flavours and ingenious ways of serving and bonding these flavours together. We pay special attention to the freshness of our ingredients and are eager to share our passion for healthy cuisine with our customers.
